Transfer of risk

We carry full responsibility for the shipment until the driver hands it over to you or your designated recipient at the provided address. At that point, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Any obvious shipping damage should be recorded with the driver immediately and reported to our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return items within 30 days of arrival in line with our Returns guidelines. Non-consumable acoustic devices carry a statutory 24-month conformity warranty covering manufacturing and material defects from the delivery date. This warranty excludes normal component wear, physical damage from water ingress, wax accumulation in speaker ports, unauthorized disassembly, or improper hygiene maintenance.

• Custom-molded ear tips, bespoke acoustic fittings, or personalized hearing accessory sets.
• Ear hygiene solutions or cleansing fluids once the factory seal or cap safety ring has been breached.
• In-ear sound amplifiers and personal canal irrigation tips whose sterile blister or sanitary packaging has been opened after delivery due to health protection and sanitary hygiene reasons.
• Sets where single-use disposable hygiene sleeves or ear tips have been intermingled with other articles post-delivery.
• Opened electronic software media, user firmware licenses, or unsealed digital accessory components.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenaturvexa GmbH disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its catalog products, capping total cumulative liability at $100.00 USD or the exact purchase price paid for the affected order. Nothing within these conditions restricts legal liability where statutory protections forbid such limitations.
