   Our personal sound amplifiers are consumer electronic devices engineered to enhance environmental sounds and spoken conversations in quiet or moderately noisy rooms. They are not prescription medical devices and do not treat hearing loss, but rather assist everyday listening comfort.

   What payment methods do you accept for orders?

   We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you choose cash on delivery, you pay the courier directly when your package arrives at your door.

   What happens if an order is placed before 14:00 on a business day?

   Orders verified before 14:00 on business days are prepared, bench-checked, and dispatched on that exact same day from our Dusseldorf facility.

   What is your return policy if the product is not right for me?

   We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all hygiene seals fully intact.
