To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, items must be unused, unpowered, and enclosed in original packaging with all factory tamper-evident hygiene seals, acoustic accessories, and documentation intact. Opened in-ear articles cannot be returned once biological contact seals have been breached.

Due to strict health protection and personal hygiene standards, any ear canal cleaning tools, ear irrigation nozzles, sound amplifier tips, or reusable silicone canal sleeves that have had their protective factory wrapping or security seals unsealed are strictly non-returnable once opened.

Arranging your return

Transmit a formal return notification to [email protected] with your order number and item details.
Obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) identifier together with our international returns depot address.
Pack the goods into their protective inner boxes and outer transit carton with complete seals and accessories included.
Following return receipt and inspection at our facility, your settlement refund is issued via Direct Bank Transfer within 3-10 business days.

Who pays return shipping

If your tool arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, shipping is on us, meaning we issue a prepaid label or book a collection. If you simply decided against keeping it, you cover postage; we never charge restocking fees.
